SNMP
Version 2.1
SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is a widely used network management protocol that allows devices on a network to be monitored, managed, and controlled. It provides a standardized framework for gathering information and performing management tasks on network devices.

General 
Specify all the necessary information for your SMTP server including the port number, system location, and the E-mail sender address.
 
- 
View 
Network administrator can create MIB views (Management Information Base) and decide which OID (Object Identifier) to include or exclude in a view.

Add View
 
| Name | Description | 
| View Name | Enter a name of the MIB view | 
| OID subtree | Enter an OID string to be included or excluded (depending on the view type setting) from the MIB view. | 
| Include | Include OID subtree | 
| Exclude | Exclude OID subtree | 
| +Add OID subtree | To create a new MIB view profile, simply click on Add OID subtree. |

Group 
On this page, the network administrator can group SNMP users and assign different authorization and access privileges. 
Add Group
 
| Name | Description | 
| Group Name | Enter a name of Group. | 
| SNMP Version | Specify SNMP version (SNMP v1, SNMPv2, SNMPv3) | 
| Security Level | When SNMPv3 is selected, you can specify the SNMP security level for the group. 
 No authentication. 
 Packets will undergo authentication with encryption to ensure secure transmission. | 
| Read View | The default setting is "All," allowing the group user to read all MIB views. | 
| Write View | The default setting is "All," allowing the group user to write all MIB views. | 
| Notify View | The default setting is "All," allowing the group user to send notification for all MIB views. |

Community 
On this page, you can add or remove multiple SNMP communities.
 
Add Community

| Community Name | Enter a name of Community | 
| Access Authorization | 
 You can specify view and access rights for this SNMP community profile. 
 Choose one of the SNMP groups. | 
| View | Select one of the view profiles from the drop-down list | 
| Access Method | 
 
 It enables read & write access to node-specific information. |

User 
To use user configuration in SNMP3, you need to register authentication and allow a receiver to confirm that the packet has not been modified.
