Q1. Mobile network not working – what should I check ?
- Check antenna installation: Some models require external Antennas for proper reception
- Check mobile network status: Mobile signal icon shows what mobile status now

- Check mobile network status: If shown as "disabled", manually enable Mobile Network.
- Check SIM card status: Make sure the SIM is properly inserted.
- Check SIM lock status: If you see a "SIM Card Locked" message
- Go to
Networking > Mobile Network > Setting > SIM PIN
, and enter the correct PIN.
- Check APN settings: Go to
Networking > Mobile Network > Setting > APN Setting

For public SIM cards: choose NSA (Public Network)
For private 5G SIMs: choose SA Profile, and ensure the APN name is correct.
Q2.Mobile Network Connected but No IP Address Assigned
If your Mobile Network interface is active but shows no IP address, please try the following:

Confirm the APN and SIM settings are correctly configured under:
Networking > Mobile Network > Setting -
If settings are correct and the issue persists, it may be due to poor radio signal quality.

Please ensure the LTE antennas are firmly connected, and consider relocating the device to a location with better reception.
Q3. 5G Private Network Unstable or "UE Deregistration" Message
If your OOS device successfully obtains an IP address from the 5G core network but immediately releases it,
or if you receive a “UE Deregistration” message from the 5G core, it may indicate a keepalive failure.
- Check the Ping Target Setting
Go to:Networking > WAN > Multiple WAN > Interface > Actio
and ensure the "Ping Target" is properly configured. -
Set an Appropriate Ping Target

For private 5G networks, use your local 5G gateway IP as the ping target.
- If the 5G network has internet access, you may set it to a public DNS server such as
8.8.8.8
(Google DNS).
